Ganesha immersions turn fatal for five in Telangana

Four individuals, including a four-year-old boy, lost their lives during the Ganesha immersion in Hyderabad. The victims were crushed under the wheels of moving vehicles. The drivers involved in the accidents have been booked under Section 304-a of the IPC. The incidents took place during the early hours of Friday at different locations in the city. The victims were participating in the immersion processions organized by various organizations. Investigations are underway, and the accused drivers have been taken into custody.
