Telangana: Kharge announces dole, quota bonanza for Dalits and tribals

Ahead of Telangana assembly elections, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday unveiled a 12-point strategy to aggressively woo Dalits and tribals and tip the scales in 31 reserved constituencies of the state, while accusing chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao of hammering out a 'covert deal' with BJP and staying away from the 26-party INDIA alliance.
