T'gana mulls HC plea to press guv for state budget nod

The tug of war between KCR government and governor Tamilisai Soundarajan has now cast its shadow on the state budget, reports Sagar Kumar Mutha. Though the state government circulated the file to governor's office on January 21, it has so far not received her consent.
