Man jumps from 3rd floor as dog lunges at him

A food delivery executive suffered head injuries after jumping from the third floor of a building when the customer's dog lunged at the door, where he was waiting with the food parcel. He was rushed to hospital by the customer who has now been booked by police for negligence.
