No panel to probe C-section deaths yet in Hyd

Five days after two women who had undergone C-section surgeries at a government hospital in Malakpet lost their lives due to sepsis, the state government is yet to form an expert committee to inquire into the incident. So far, a preliminary report was submitted to the government by a top health department official and a detailed inquiry is yet to begin.
