Hyd: In its largest buy, Cyient acquires Citec for $101m

In what is being touted as one of the largest outbound acquisitions by an Indian engineering services company and Cyient's largest acquisition to date, the Hyderabad-based tech solutions player is acquiring 100% stake in Finnish plant and product engineering services company Citec for Euro 94 million ($101 million).
