BJP man's suicide: T'gana HC notice to minister, Khammam cops

The Telangana high court on Friday issued notices to state transport minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, state and Union home secretaries, Khammam police commissioner, CBI and a few others asking them to explain their stand on a PIL claiming that the suicide of a BJP activist in Khammam was due to the false cases foisted on him at the behest of minister Ajay Kumar.
