Telangana's drug addiction centres miss the point

Telangana has the highest number of drug users in southern India. The state has one Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF), while smaller states like Arunachal Pradesh and Goa have more facilities. Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital received an ATF under the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre, AIIMS, Delhi. The facility has requested clinical psychologists with MPhil for rehabilitation services.
