Kidney 'offer', payment via UPI under police lens

A closed group on a social media platform has become a trap for vulnerable patients and their families in search of organ donors. Unknown persons created the group, offering kidneys for sale with easy payment options like UPI. The Telangana CID is investigating the violation of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act and the Information Technology Act.
