Drama & confusion mark last day of nominations for T poll

The last day of nominations for the upcoming assembly elections in Telangana was marked by drama and confusion due to last-minute changes in candidates. A large number of nominations were filed across the state, with the maximum number of nominations being filed in Gajwel, where Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is contesting. The Telangana Congress released its 'BC Declaration', promising to increase quota in education and jobs for backward classes within six months of coming to power. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah attended the event and criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM KCR.
