ORR speed limit raised to 120km/h with safety curb

Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), which reduced maximum speed limit on Nehru Outer Ring Road (ORR) to 100kmph to curb a spurt in road accidents, has now raised the limit to 120kmph.
