Poachgate scandal: Santosh summoned to appear before SIT

Telangana High Court on Saturday directed Delhi police commissioner to serve a notice by state police's Special Investigation Team (SIT) to BJP national general secretary BL Santhosh in the Poachgate scandal. Also, Justice B Vijaysen Reddy directed SIT not to arrest Santhosh till further orders, while directing him to appear before SIT and comply with procedure under 41-A of CrPC.
