Poachgate: BJP top leader Santosh named accused

BJP national general secretary (organisation) BL Santhosh and three others were named accused by Telangana police in the Poachgate case on Wednesday, taking the accused tally to seven. Santhosh was served a second notice on the high court's order, asking him to appear for questioning on November 26 or 28. The purported scandal being probed by a special investigation team (SIT) involved triggering defections of four TRS MLAs with big bribes. Three persons were earlier named as accused after the scandal surfaced in October.
