Raidurg land: Telangana HC junks recall petition

Stating that the state government sought court intervention without a valid reason, a division bench of Justices G Sridevi and M G Priyadarshini of Telangana High Court, on Monday dismissed a petition, seeking recall of the high court judgment in the Raidurg land case.
