Hyd: No takers for TDR, owners fret & fume

Property owners are at their wits' end over Rs 3,000 crore worth unsold transferable development rights (TDRs) issued to them by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) in lieu of cash compensation while acquiring their land and properties for executing various infrastructure purposes in the city.
