T'gana HC quashes CBI case against Vanpic in Jagan case

In a major setback to CBI in the quid pro quo case involving AP chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, the Telangana high court on Thursday quashed the agency's case against Vanpic Projects Pvt. Ltd on the ground that the CBI court failed to assign any valid reasons while passing a cognisance order against the company.
