After 22-yr battle with I-T dept, family gets back gold

Settling a 22-year-old income tax (I-T) dispute, the Telangana high court on Monday ordered the I-T department to return forthwith all the seized jewellery to the two legal heirs of a city trader without insisting on separate succession certificates.
