Centre sabotaging paddy procurement: T'gana minister

After maintaining a studied silence, Telangana civil supplies minister Gangula Kamalakar on Wednesday accused the central government of attempting to sabotage the ongoing paddy procurement process in the name of inspections, days after writing to the Food Corporation of India (FCI) to postpone the physical verification at rice mills in the state.
