Telangana tops in bank guarantees to state-owned corpns

Telangana has the highest ratio of outstanding bank guarantees given to state-owned corporations and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) or other similar instruments, according to the latest Ecowrap report released on Monday. Outstanding guarantees amount to 11.7% of the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) for Telangana which is followed by Andhra Pradesh at 9.7%.
