Hyd firm snaps up 10 acres land for record Rs 235cr

In what is being touted as one of the single largest outright land deals to have been struck in the country in 2021, a 10-acre parcel of prime land in Hyderabad’s north-western residential hub of Kukatpally has been picked up by Hyderabad-based realtor Ashoka Builders India Pvt Ltd (ASBL) for Rs 235 crore.
