Telangana records 1,000 new Covid cases, 9 deaths

Telangana recorded 1,088 new Covid-19 cases and nine deaths on Thursday even as the number of active cases fell to 16,030. The total cases since the beginning of the pandemic last year stands at 6,17,776, while the death toll is 3,607.
