T'gana: No Sankranti break for students

Despite the state government announcing Sankranti vacation for educational institutions from January 11 to January 17, many schools and junior colleges have decided to continue classes as per their schedule. Some even have scheduled examinations on the said dates to ensure that students won’t have an option to skip school or college.
