Govt quizzed on plan for assembly at Irrum Manzil

The Telangana high court on Friday directed the state government to explain by July 8 why it needs 17 acres at Irrum Manzil for constructing a new legislative complex when the current Assembly and Legislative Council buildings spread over 7 acres are very much there in a functional state.
