Telangana: BRS plenary to target Centre on agriculture and welfare schemes

First time after it became Bharat Rashtra Samithi, the party is holding its plenary in Telangana Bhavan on Thursday. The plenary is being held ahead of the assembly election which are slated to be held towards the end of this year.
