After tariff relief, true-up power jolt by T'gana discoms

Weeks after power consumers were spared a tariff hike in the regular aggregate revenue requirement (ARR) for next fiscal, they may have to cough up more with discoms gearing up to mop up true-up charges after a nod by Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Authority (TSERC).
