T'gana: For 503 Group-1 posts, over 2.8L write exam

For just 503 vacancies, 2,86,051 aspirants took Group-1 preliminary exam, conducted by Telangana State Public Service Commission, on Sunday. As Group-1 was held for the first time since formation of the state, the exam generated a lot of buzz since the notification was released in March. Though 3.80 lakh job aspirants had registered for the exam, 2,86,051 (only 75%) appeared for it, officials said.
