KCR attacks PM Modi over 'revdi' remark

Chief minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday said the Centre was insulting states' welfare schemes for the poor by dubbing them "freebies" in an oblique reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remarks that 'revdi culture' (politics of freebies) was dangerous and must end.
