2-wheelers top list of pending challans in Hyd

A scooter owner has the maximum number of pending e-challans (178), while another biker tops the list of maximum amount (73,690). Since the launch of concession drive on pending e-Challans, the traffic police has recovered about 1.4 crore of the pending 5 crore in fines.
