Hyd: 'Armed with fake certs, over 2 dozen went abroad'

The ongoing probe into the inter-state fake certificates racket has revealed that of the over 200 students who paid for it, at least over two dozen have already gone to the UK, US, Canada, UAE and Australia either for higher studies or work.
