T'gana, AP on red alert as Cyclone Gulab makes landfall

A fisherman from Andhra Pradesh died and hundreds of residents were evacuated as cyclonic storm Gulab made a landfall 20km north of Kalingapatnam on Sunday evening with gales reaching 95kmph and rising further.
