T'gana, HC slugfest over GO 111 & Kokapet auction proceeds

The state and Telangana high court on Wednesday made their stands more rigid over removing non-catchment areas from the purview of GO 111, with the HC even warning the government that it would not allow access to Kokapet auction amount.
