Hyd: Commuters face hard time as rain floods dug-up roads

Driving through the city roads that have construction works underway has become a risky affair for commuters, after a single spell of rain on Monday. Prominent among the damaged roads was the road leading to Kondapur from Hi-Tec City that abuts a flyover which is currently under construction.
