'Is your rehabilitation mere an eyewash?'

Making it abundantly clear to the state that rehabilitation and resettlement (R&R) of land losers should be really such that oustees should be able to restart lives at the new areas without much pain of being translocated, the Telangana high court on Tuesday issued notices to the state and its rehabilitation authorities to explain their rehabilitation policy.
